The current situation in the ongoing war in SSC has become self-evident to everyone. Tyrant Bixi has made an enormous military/ political blunder.
After three weeks of intense fighting and catastrophic iidoor casualties, sl is still no nearer to capturing Lascaanood. In fact, the longer the war continues the less likely it seems sl will be victorious.
Analysts have been pondering why tyrant Bixi continues with such a disastrous policy. The UN,US, EU, UK IGAD, etc have all condemned sl atrocities against the civilian population of Lascaanood. War crimes and crimes against humanity are being currently investigated.
All sl development aid and bilateral cooperation has been cancelled.
The initial euphoric response to the genocide against Dhulbahante civilians by the majority of the iidoor population, has given way to recriminations and finger pointing as the iidoor casualty rate reaches stratospheric proportions.
The traditional/ political leaders of the most preeminent iidoor clan, GX, have either outright condemned the ongoing genocide or called for a unilateral cease-fire. There is also widespread scepticism as to the wisdom of continuing with such a futile policy, which will inevitably lead to a sl defeat.
