Due to the situation in Ceelbuur all their ministers in Mogadishu were united and unhappy with the situation. But few mins later the security forces took over the security because normally when there is tribal elder meetings they put out their own tribal forces and close roads leading to the meeting doubling the security. But they were given assurance by the Somali federal government that all roads leading to the meeting's security and told them that the police will block off instead for them which they agreed to..
the Police have arrived and gave them assurance that they will block the roads for them. They are already pissed hence the police doesn't want to raise their emotions any further.
But in any case I believe this could be one of the reasons why HSM has called for dialogue with AS in order to end this via dialogue if possible and they return into the society and if he could achieve that would be great to avoid angering some of the beelaha somaliyeed example in situation like Ceelbuur where this could effect not only AS but others like Beelaha Somaliyeed
