Major political win for Puntland

Puntland is dealing directly with the international community and there will not be any aid to the country without Puntland agreeing to it.
The Hutus are celebrating a tweet from the US embassy but they can’t read between the lines. The donor community is essentially reiterating that no deals can be reached with them without consensus.

PL wanted them to deal with her directly and this was rejected and they asked for the importance of PLd's participation in the conferences this from one hand supports PL and on the other hand she cannot boycott the next conference and this is support for SFG . PL waa iskeenee al xaasil

The only leverage the FGS had was donor aid, now the IC basically told them we can’t give you anything without PL. so Deni has all of the leverage now and hassan sheikh agenda has completely failed so early in his administration.
