Absolutely disgraceful display of ignorance and awareness. Irs obvious this guy isn't qualified to do the job he was sent to do.

I gather it was a humanitarian conference, so obviously somebody in the Somali govt thought that there would be some candy being handed out, so sent their man in there to bat.

The irony is that there are so many qualified and talented Somalis whom don't get a look in for the big jobs.
