Siyad Barre was actully Wadani but in the later years his only handicap was that he allowed nepotism to get out of hand in a very competitive world on before hand and bringing nepotism into such environment is like bringing alot of gasolie to a major forest fire.

Lets assume Siyad bare took a time machine back everytime to retry again and again everytime will be same results But if he was to promote meritocracy things would have turn out different
