I guess this has to do with him refusing to handover Hiiraan Taxes to Hirshabelle state

There are a significant number of xawaadles who are obstacle to hirshabeele state . Jeyte is one of them. Those members should be replaced. I would reduce xawaadle influence over hirshabeele affairs , other communities should be liberated and included in the process. Xawaadlaha jinba Ku yidhi meesha keligiin baa leh , mana laha . It's obvious that Guudlaawe and his inner circle have decided to neuter Xawadle politically by first starting with the rebel Cali Jeyte who is against Hirshabelle Government.

It seems that every states have their own rebels to put down (Except Galmudug which defeated their rebels Ahlu-Sunnah militia).

Somaliland has Dhullo rebels, Jubaland has Mx rebels, Hirshabelle has Xawadle rebels and Puntland has Boqor Burhan and PSF bosaso rebels.

There are rebels every where even Djibouti and Ethiopia has strong rebels around the corne, We need a new Horn order , all entities should work together instead of backstabbing.
