One shall not see trials as mere hopelessness for trials are there to better one. Somalia was already declining before the Italians appeared Hiraab Immamte that usurped Ajuuran was coming to an end because it was politically and economically declining after reaching almost 200 years and it's zenith years were at the mid-point during the first century of it's rule and it started to decline where as the previous adminstration had longer stint of golden age.. The gaalo took a declining somalia and they made things worse.. Somalia had it's own political machinism they were ruled from the center between mudug and Kismayo where the others had wilayat or provincial governance under the sultanate they tried to unify it but not whole-heartedly they have had alot of hatred towards Somalia hence the split of Kilinka 5aad and NDF was on purpose to get neighbours to bump heads and they usually favoured the other gaalo's they disliked Somalis because they struggled to take it and it was hostile.
Whatever they put together from 1960 was a farce show meaning Somalia in reality has never recovered from the colonial era hence the turbulent eras post it was necessary for it to recover naturally it's identity.
Once you see this type of renaissance revival it means 2 things either there is a huge development and highday right around the corner or further slipping into it the renaissance era which is unlikely at this stage. What you have now is fatigued somalis who seek to continue towards the future and they need any kind of xaal.
There is hunger to recover former glorious past. This region was in our back-pocket and there is no need to rush insha-allah within the next 20 years it will return to our pockets. We need patience and indeed with hardship comes ease, surely with trials and hardship comes ease.
There will definitely be another golden era with abundance of wealth, development meaning infras, skyscrappers and natural resources like gas and oil. With Africa's most reputable defense industry, including stake holds in the Indian ocean. The golden age was never based on fluke just an incredible high sailing.
The root cause of the decline was the spread of sufism. They were classical sunni muslims previously but sufism spread amongst them which was the root cause and this was the root cause of the entire muslim world rapid decline because during the 1700s sufism spread globally via magicians performing miracles misleading people this was the trend in the muslim world and this trend has not left one country alone and decayed approx. 70 muslim majority states around the world and Somalia was part of it. A century later they all fell like domino effect around the world into defeat against the gaalo because the Shayteen had defeated them ideologically 150 years before the appearance of the kufar who were brought to them as punishment and to purify them..
I have noticed that when people go from sufism to secularist and then they eventually find the classical sunni islam. We should in a stealth way in the future ban all sects within Somalia such as grave worship, lineage worship, saints graves should be abolished, closing all mystical mosques and operating only traditional sunni mosques keep the state secular for decades until the people are ready for shariah if that is what they want in the future but the sufism remnants should be slowly weeded out. Only allowing normal Sunni islam to be regulated thru out the country.
Cults, mystic elements, shaddy mosques should be shout down, men claiming to be saints should be arrested under the law of cult activities. We need to make decree's to limit this in a stealth way

We make deals with your kings. Always after a victory. Me and Gubbet. Somalia has been lost because nobody told the king the truth. British taxpayer money is wasted on a desolate barren region called SL. Anyways, it was in our strategic interest to keep federalism. We’re Americans. Suufi sect is the best one , they mind their own business. Diin la,aanta baa fiican laakiin hadiiba kolayba aan islamka la tirtiri Karin suufiyada in la empower gareeyo baan soo jeedin lahaa. Diintu waa dibu dhaca aabaheed. Waa wax dadka saboolka ah lagu kaantaroolo. Ethiopia waa wadanka ugu Christian San dunida , kaniisadahooda qawda Ka seexan maysid. Hadana qashinkay cunaan. Somalidu na waa la mid. Meel kasta masaajid baa Ka taagan inagoo bilaa schools ah. Diintu waa daroogo saboolka lagu suuxiyo.

You going about it the wrong way a finished somalia means bad news for you with no recognition but a developed and evovled somalia could be good for you and your ictraaaf.. There is no reason for you to wish harm on others just for recognition.. Besides I think not now but about 3-5 years from now hopefully there will be clan demarcation in Somaliland with Haaq after the demarcation is concluded whomever wants to join SL will join them. Meaning 85% of Sool and Sanaag will be handed to SL and 25% to Dhuulos and Warsangli besides Awdal will also be given the right to become a single country or join Djibouti or stay with SL. Then recognition will be granted to Somaliland based upon fair and righteous demarcation. The demarcations will not come under war or anything like that but mutual beneficial for the somali people to limit hot-points.
But as for now SL should keep all it's borders and whatever it is laying claim on
