As for there being "law" in this matter, no that shows you do not appreciate what it means to be "represented."

Representing Somalia is not a "right" entitled to HSM, it is a "privilege." That is why the standard for impeachment of leadership does not necessarily require the implication of the law ("criminality"). It is enough to indict in a political process the failure to respect the "dignity" of office. This is why "impeachment" is not a court proceeding, it is a legislative proceeding.

And why there is no recourse for a Court that can "overturn" the decision of a legislative body to impeach a leader.
