The deal with Garaads according to Fiqi who is the minister of interior in our WhatsApp group is that Lascanod will come under the Ministry of interior, NISA and SNA army HQ which has base in every region will have base in Sool.

Also all the dhullo representatives like MPs and their senators will now be like those marexaan who are under the ministry of interior away from Puntland just as Mx in Gedo are independent from Jubaland.
