At 4:26 Fiqi is asked "how" this Presidential proposal looks and whether it has been finalized as a policy proposal

Fiqi engaged in what college professors call "BULLSHIT"---a student who comes to finals practically never having attended the course all term.

FIQI SHOWS THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO THOUGHTS BEHIND THIS "GIMMICK."

It is not a seriouly thought over Presidential propasal which would be the only reason a President would even take it public.

I mean there is no thoughts, no concepts, nothing at all in the way of details. Fiqi engages in weaseling out of having to even explain what this "policy" looks like. He even makes the cringe cop out of "there is harm in details" to not have to address the sentence.

So the next question he is asked is "ok, so in the term extentions is there going to be 1 man/1 vote" for the Federal state heads next year?" which he is even asked because he didn't even have a policy to outline.

Guess what he says?

"It was be 1 man/1 vote---Presidential/VP ---no more need for elders, 1 deegaan dorosho, ..."

This is legally negligent.

1. He is talking as if everything will be debated, passed, legalized, and we would have moved to a new system----in 1 year. The sky has a higher chance of falling down.
2. He is lying and has no idea as no policy exists at all addressing what is supposed to be the relevance to a term extention.
3. He is filling in the holes with a jambled mess of key words, talking points---he is just waffling


THIS POLICY DOES NOT EXIST, IS NOT A POLICY, AND IS NOT EVEN THOUGHT OUT. THIS WHOLE THING IS A SHOW, A DISTRACTION---A MEANS TO A DIFFERENT END .

IT IS A DISTRACTION FOR A COVER UP CONCERNING SOMETHING ELSE.
