HSM and the Mogadishu cabal is one thing, but for Madoobe---already piquing interest for the level of ungratefulness he has shown towards what Puntland and Deni personally have done for him----to be 'financing' armed insurrection and instability inside of Puntland is astronomically different.
Puntland was raising an enemy of the highest order.
