1. Shimbir's Reer Siyaad elders have told Marehan anything to do with Shimbir will be shouldered by them as their responsibility
2. Reer Siyaad elders have told Shimbir to wait word from them, until then he is just a private citizen who has permission to be in Garbahaarey
3. Reer Siyaad's elders have told their diaspora in a wide teleconference they plan to give him 3 choices;
   
   1. Be like Mucalimu who is a law-abiding private citizen regardless of claim [Mucalimu lives in Garbahaarey and does not cause instability, get in the way of administration, and does not attempt to politically impede despite claiming authority from Jubbaland, i.e. doesn't try to enter governor house, inquire about taxes, etc
   2. If he will not consent to being a private citizen, he can choose to leave and Reer Siyaad elders will facilitate his safe exit from Garbahaarey
   3. If he will not consent to private citizenship or voluntary exit, he will be forcefully ejected out of Garbahaarey by no one else not even a single other Marehan clansman except his own Reer Siyaad on their orders as his ellders
4. Garbahaarey's united elders (not just Reer Siyaad) have accepted a request from Ugas Mohamed Ugas Hashi Ugas Hersi to start planning Garbahaarey becoming host to a large convention of all the clans and social groups of Jubbaland State where after the August term end of Madoobe, a new Jubbaland built from the grassroots will be declared
   • With or without Shimbir being in the city [either as a private citizen or long having been expelled]
