Ugas Mohamed Ugas Hashi Ugas Hersi, chiefs of Sade in Diirharo (southern Gedo; Burdubo-Garbaharey-Bardere-El Waq) have just concluded a meeting in Garbahaarey where they said not for a SINGLE ("1") day will an administration named by Ahmed Madoobe officiate in Gedo Region and in fact they are counting down the minutes until August term end when Madoobe will at that point be a "civil war faction leader" in their eyes.

Leading the Sade chiefs of Diirharo in this show of control and repudiation towards the Madoobe KDF plant is the chief of Reer Siyaad Ugaas in Diirharo, Nabadoon Sultan Ali Hashi.

This is significant considering the man named by Madoobe as Gedo Governor, Abdullahi Shimbir, is from this community.

As I am from this community, I cosign to the unshakeable, principled stance of my Nabadoon, Sultan Ali Hashi, in this defense of the dignity, justice, honor, and yes, even stature of the people of Gedo Region and the State of Jubbaland.

Anything less would simply be---unacceptable. Period.
