Madoobe named Abdullahi Shimbir to the post of "Governor of Gedo" over a month ago. The Federal Government of Somalia under HSM immediately recognized the stunt.
Abdullahi Shimbir is Marehan/Rer Siyaad Ugaas. The capital of Gedo Region, Garbahaarey, although diverse, is projected to have a Rer Siyaad plurality. Since Garbahaarey has been a headache to KDF Jubbaland of the last 10 years, the naming of Shimbir came hand in hand with his clan background.
Garbahaarey refused the stunt.
After townsfolk forcefully prevented the landing of a plane carrying Mr. Shimbir, the FGS of HSM followed with a nefariously hostile set of actions/tactics designed to try to facilitate the success of the stunt. These actions were coercive, predatory, and really so hostile that there WILL be a day of reckoning with HSM's government on their actions. It included;
1. An flight and economic embargo of Gedo Region
2. Prejudicially enacted WAGE THEFT weaponized against "MX" army soldiers as a tool of predatory compulsion
3. Facilitated use of Government resources utilized against civic society
Garbahaarey refused the stunt.
Infamously, Mr. Shimbir found his way to Garbahaarey by land and subsequently so did other nominees. Because they are men of the land, in the interest of peace, individual rights, and citizenship these individuals were left alone and not bothered. They started a campaign of handing favors much of it facilitated by the nepotism of HSM's government through the corrupt facilitated use of Gov largesse all in the interest of compelling or co-opting in support of the Madoobe stunt.
Garbahaarey refused the stunt.
Mr Shimbir has been in Garbahaarey for over a month now. He has no support of material or consequential nature from his clan of Rer Siyaad which was the purpose behind his naming. He has no support from Reer Siyaad's elders and even just as importantly he has no control or loyalty from Reer Siyaad's "clan militias." Without these things, he has no control in Garbahaarey and in fact he exists like a civilian perfectly left alone to his own personal machinations.
The entire stunt of the past 2 months from Madoobe and HSM's nefariously subversive intent against the people of Gedo Region is a failure without any gain or traction on this issue.
So now Madoobe wants to name Addow Iman Karshe, a Marehan/Reer Siyaad and from Garbahaarey as "Jubbaland Interior Minister" on top of Mr. Shimbir as "Governor of Gedo."
