Qoorqoor is not a man who came to win my support lightly. I have been a supporter of this man personally for quite some time and his actions have vindicated that support.

Yesterday I said through my own non-expert analysis, Qoorqoor and Saleeban were likely just as much victimized by the heinous crime committed against 5 children under the cover of darkness who had taken leave to retire early in a village religious school while their families were celebrating nomadic wedding.

Some criticized Qoorqoor yesterday for silence which we now understand was because he had rolled his sleeves with resolve to get to the bottom of the identities of the assailants picking through his own clan with razor tooth picks.

Qoor is Saleebaan---Reer Muuse. The assailants turned out to be Saleebaan---Reer Muuse.

In less than 24 hours his administration released a warrant for arrest containing the identities of 5 suspects. Every single Galmudug locality especially Cadaado, the home of the assailants as well as Qoorqoor, has police on look out for their sighting.

Less than 2 hours ago, a tip came in of the sighting of the assailants near the village of Dayaana between Cadaado and Gelinsoor.

The closest police truck near the location was ordered to engage by Qoorqoor personally.

The 5 assailants had 2 teknikos with them and chose to fight. One of their teknikos was decommissioned and they eluded capture with possible injuries.

Less than 1 hour ago, a larger force reached the initial police truck securing the scene of engagement and pending the arrival of two other units, they will meticulously search the area going from 3 directions.

The 4th direction is a wall of Marehan for over a 100 kms so it is not expected they will or can flee there.

It is possible we are on the cusp of something truly a transformational watershed moment if Qoorqoor succeeds in apprehending his 5 close clan cousins accused of these murders.

The views you stated are counter productive and not conducive for justice walaal. I want justice as much for these murdered children as anyone else out there with the exception of their families and loved ones and I, myself, feel you bar for justice is unjust itself.

The 5 soldiers were killed by Cayr who have their own separate and contextually disparate cycle of revenge with a different group of Marehan. Even the cycle of revenge between Wagardhac and Sacad is separate and contextually disparate to the context between Wagardhac and Saleebaan.

Wagardhac and Saleebaan have established a different trajectory. It is vicious, destructive and full of enmity as this case proves but they have started an actual process that is still in experiment.

Ooorqoor himself is Saleebaan, with a level of power, authority, and even legitimacy to exercise a distinct set of prerogatives that are beyond his entitlement outside of Saleebaan.

The suspects cannot be "turned over" to a party in a criminal adjudication; they are captured for, prosecuted for, and, if sentenced, punished for all of society as the crime against a member of a member of society was a crime against the society in total.
