He possibly picked Ogaden as PM, inexplicably antagonized both Marehan AND Majeerteen because it accutely centers the whole PM seat being dispensed with as the FOIL in the "test run" trial for fixing the constitutional review process for the real target; backdooring the Status of Capital.
He had to keep Marehan AND Majerten distracted and "preoccupied" from paying attention to the SHENANIGANS the Speaker and his band of cheap mercenaries such as Sacdia and Abshiroow in Parliament leadership are presiding over while the constitutional review process is being "fixed" in this trial run using the NCC "foil" that also allegedly distracted the two devils (MX and Harti) making them temporarily check out from process.
In the end, there was never to be any dispensing with anything or party limitations or all those really ridiculously divisive nonstarters---Culusoow would drop them to everyone's "relief" (mildly even sedating?) But now the process in the constitutional review process had been perfectly fixed and Culusoow's 'gracious compromise" now political capital sharply focusing Darod Somalia's " tribalism" in objections to the institution of Mogadishu as "capital" with FINAL STATUS.

I have long been a proponent of relocating the capital, not to Baydhabo, as some of my distinguished kinsmen have suggested, but rather to the historic Northern Mudug Valley city of Xarfo. For those not sufficiently acquainted with our country's history, Xarfo's illustrious past can, in no way, be overstated as it is, in fact, considered by all major skinny chroniclers, the cradle of maryooley "civilization".
