The old paradigm is over. Global powers realize the importance of a strong Somalia. They will be an Nixonian pivot like the opening of China to the world. America isn’t loyal to one president forever. And Russia and China are willing to fill that gap like middle powers like Turkey and UAE and Qatar are playing facilitators. News Flash; The Marehan DIASPORA has been paying their wages for months now. Every single Marehan who is able has been paying the qaaraan. This qaaraan has been in effect every month for the last couple months as part of this response.
