These people do not need superficial Galmudug "integration;" they need a conflict defusing BARRIER .

This is something different.

Remember in the past there was a war based on hegemonic land dispute but fhe Wagardhac-Saleebaan cessation of hostilities in which Saleebaan recognized a boundary of Wagardhac "territory" effectively ended that political war.

This is different.

• This is evil manifesting a poisoning of peace following a peace "settlement."
• The peace has been "agreed" to but it NEEDS ENFORCEMEN!T!
• Two parties to a long conflict should not be released into a cage together and be left alone after having been separated.

The solution in my opinion is OPPOSITE to what is intended by Galmudug. Integration is very obviously FUEL for conflict. These people should be strictly SEPARATED and a 3rd party of monitors or entity placed between them as a to keep them apart until such a time when recent wounds have immediately healed and they are able to tentatively interact again at a friction point.

The sooner the better. These people take your state/peace building initiatives as a weakness. I saw a clip of the supposed Surre Ugaas boasting a while ago about how he helped Hawiye cross the Linea Tomasselli. If we don't define our boundaries/terms it'll just lead to problems later on.
