Mr. Prime minister welcome to Minneapolis. Let me tell you something. Somalia needs to root out the fascist culture that destroy their unity.
Next Election we must have "QOF IYO COD" even if only 50,000 people participated. Remember the first parliament in Somalia were created by 50,000 votes. It can happen now easily. If Somali parliament decides to pass a law that gives an ultimatum to register those who will participate the next election. Thats how you fight fascist culture. It never been hard.
By the way if 250 xildhibaan can elect Hassan Sheikh, We need more people to elect the next president of Somalia. That has to happen next election.
