I believe the west and Europe are fed up with Africa and it's turmoil and corruption and have lost patience if you look Sub Sahara countries who recently had Coup no one is rushing to interfere plus these countries have their own problems so they are saying to Africans go to hell and sort out your own problems and you have to remember they pay the salary African AMISOM forces, so as there is no progress they are simply walking away
