Unlike the war in laascaanood , the war in awdal will be a geopolitical one. Even the isaaqs will be a minor participants compare to the other somalis. Abiye changed the whole thing. All of SSC must be part of Somaliland but regarding Awdal I wouldn't mind them leaving Somaliland for either Djibouti or Ethiopia but not Somalia. If Ethiopia and Djibouti first recognise Somaliland independence then Awdal could have a referendum to stay within independent Somaliland or join Ethiopia or Djibouti

Your best bet is to organise yourself into 2 regions, east/west, then go to Mogadishu.
Clearly the secessionist fantasy is now over.
If i was you.....I'd seek to take the political capital away from Mogadishu. Ironically it would see the return of Dhulbahante federal MPs in Hargeisa again.

We are already in Mogadishu having the same number of representatives like other somalis. And we collect more revenues than the so called government of Somalia. We don't need hutus to cover the cost of our state. And we are 100% sure no Somali is capable to invade our isaaq territory. Only alshabaab can dissolve somaliland. If we see alshabaab breaking the wall of garowe. We will surrender before they even reach us.
