This is the position of Somalia in regards to the Somaliland Somalia talks as they have stated in Washington DC..


Muuse biixi in response to that stated this regarding our recognition and the fact that the Somalia talks have failed..
SO WHAT HAS CHANGED???


And why has wasiirka arimaha debedaha tweeted this when we have full contact with him and he is aware of our 4 million recognition case what talks you don't need them absolute treason ..


Alhamdulilah hsm minister of information tweeted this meeting isn't about americas interest in berbera but security probably discussing the las canod conflict ..
However This is still not a good idea for Somaliland but not as bad as I originally thought..


So the issue is this guys don't be fooled by our government our recognition case is just a money problem experts in genocide international law lawyers queens Council Barristers have worked this case for a full year and completed the full legal framework ...
It was 80 thousands pounds out of our own pocket expenses and the case is estimated to cost around 4 million in total of a estimated time frame of a year and a half to 2 years for full recognition
The Republic of Somaliland just has to fund it and take it to court with the paperwork completed for them. A slam dunk case that you can't even loose because Somalia italiana has no legal argument and breaks international law..

You would think they would jump to the task everyone desperate to bring recognition and make a name for themselves but that's not the case here the minister of foreign affairs has sent us a official letter to find private investors to fund our 4 million case . So why is he tweeting we going in talks with Somalia for what and why is muuse biixi promising he will take all avenues available to us for recognition but behind the scenes won't fund the 4 million ...

Now do you see why we are angry? ....

So we left to raise the funds ourselves ..

First of all u shouldn’t read to much in these talks the talks willl fail because there is no agenda and there are far more problematic issues before addressing the elephant in the room this is just a photo up these round of talks will fail but these. Talks are significant for one reason only for the first time it had mediators small as it maybe ina cumar geele who is biased these talks never had mediators before but they will fail no break through theunwill only succeed when the white guys join as mediators so sit back lean back and just chill the somaliland talks. It’s not that easy court thing wouldn’t work because somaliland recognition isn’t denied because of legality. But because of politics hence why we have to walk the political road .

Actually no country is against Somalilands recognition there is one organisation stopping it...

If u take them to court then Our recognition wouldn't be a new one because no country is born twice but it will make the 26th of june 1960 accepted internationally that we was a country since then..

I can't say to much on here but I will send you a voice note on messenger explaining further on the legal matter but it has to be taken to court because what that organisation is doing is criminal and against international law and a breach of my human rights as a Somalilander we need it heard in a court of law and will probably get more then half a billion in compensation this not a political fight but a legal one.
