We in Somaliland should look for different routes. To Gain recognition

The world is bigger then the US and the UK , there are so many small islands that gave also Taiwan recognition. we can do that also to boost our recogntition also the entire south America isnt explored. We should focus on that also

And then there is Israel who are open for talks with us but the SL government never tried that.

We should also work towards destabilizing Somalia on all fronts. Our only enemy in the world is Somalia

Guys I'm worried that instead of being their Northern Cyprus, that instead Ethiopia convinces the Bihi regime to drop the demand for us getting formal recognition in exchange for Ethiopia keeping us away from Somalia and making Somaliland for Ethiopia what Transnistria is for Russia

Thats not much of a deal why would we accept that , Ethiopia already deals with Somaliland now Somalialnd passport is accepted by Ethiopia Somaliland military officers graduate from Ethiopia we lean towards ethiopia on allot of issues.
Ethiopia has an diplomatic office in Hargeisa with the a diplomat with a rank of an ambassador. The Ethiopians already do what Russia does with Transnistria. So why on earth would we give Ethiopia 20 km , Just for to continue what we already have now . We are already away from Somalia. there is no somalia there are fiefdoms in a territory which was once called italian somalia. so how can it keep us away from somalia. this is not a deal Big break..Ethiopai must recognise Somaliland independence. and upgrade Ethiopian diplomatic office into a full fledged Embassy ,, and it should allow us to open a full fledged embassy in Addis ababa. no more liassons office. this is all we want from ethiopia. nothing else
