After several incorrect attempts I've finally managed to enter the correct password, and lo and behold! I logged in. A wave of nostalgia hit me, but quickly died down.
20 years later, Somalinet doesn't seem to have changed much. The site seems to have drowned in mediocrity and a flurry of primitive tribal insults.
Old fanatics seem to have been replaced by younger and equally zealous armchair 'Gen Z' political pundits; of course, with the usual crowd of tribal cheerleaders pouring fuel on the flame of their fanaticism.
Glad to see that I haven't missed much! It's still the same gloomy and soulless monstrosity that it was 20 years ago.
Greetings fellow netizens....

No doubt the political discourse isn't what it was.
However, it serves as a place to come and blow off steam
