Tears begin to flow when I remember the calamitous defeat inflicted upon the iidoors at the historic battle of Goojacaade.

With difficulty comes ease......and so it was after months of relentless artillery and rocket shelling, with thousands dead and Lascaanood a smoking ruin.....total victory was achieved. Alhamdulilah!

Since that tumultuous victory Lascaanood has been totally rebuilt, bigger and better than ever. Business is booming, 100,000s of refugees have returned to the city and 10,000s of diaspora folk.

I myself am planning to relocate to Lascaanood early next year. Inshallah!
