The Ceerigabo crisis has led to the mobilisation and arming of the entire Garxajis clan, particularly the HY, at the insistence of their chiefs.

Every 4 wheel drive vehicle has been converted into a teckniko bristling with heavy machine guns and anti artillery weapons.

Every single subclan gas organised themselves into fighting units. I've heard they have over 15,000 men under arms. How true is that is anybody's guess.

Under Somaliland dhulmahante were given the rights to maintain their heavily armed militias, almost every dhulmahante subclan had a whole guuto around thousand men with their special budget. Somaliland domesticated the Isaaqs. We are reduced from mujaahidiin to masaakiin. We gonna take our weapons back from the government. They can keep the madaafiic because it's true when we have no a faqash against us we turn to the other Isaaqs and destroy our cities.

More or less every iidoor clan now has a militia army.
They are more of a threat to themselves than us.
History teaches us that whenever the iidoors, or any Somali clan for that matter, are armed they invariably turn their weapons on each other.

During the Darwish Jihad the British armed the iidoor to fight against the Darwish before they retreated to the coast. What followed was three years of internecine conflict. It got so bad that the British had to return.

The same thing happened during the early 1990s, when the iidoor fought two devadting civil wars. The iidoor civil war never really ended. It is in effect a " frozen conflict". It moved from armed disputes to political disputes.

The current political impasse in sl politics pits the former civil war protagonists against each other. If as expected tyrant Bixi riggs the upcoming presidential election we could see a reigniting of the civil war.

All the pieces of a new civil war are now on the chess board. All that's missing is a spark that will ignite the fire that will consume the entire sl.
