Gunfire was exchanged between hy & hj tribal militias in the outskirts of Qorilugud on Friday resulting in the death and injury of dozens of iidoor militias.
It is rumoured that the hj militias refused to fight alongside the hy militias.......citing the calamitous defeat inflicted upon them at the historic battle of Goojacaade, blaming the humiliating reversal on hy treachery and double dealing.
It was further stated that the hy pows had all been released while the hj captives continue to languish in the Dhulbahante dungeons over a year after the end of hostilities.
