This is not what I am wishing for just to be clear, I don't mind so called Khatumo and Maakhir entities being de facto separate from the rest of the Republic of Somaliland as long as they are self-governing and are not ruled the Somalians (whether Puntland or under the FGS directly) as well not allow themselves to be used to attack Somaliland in any way possible.

Reading this article from Hiiraan Online (most professional Somali-related news website IMO), I am sure that under Cirro we will see a new approach to reconcile with Dhulos and Warsans whilst at the same time these two families will turn more against the apartheid like clan enclave Puntland aka Majertenia that only serves the Mahamoud Saleebaan tribe
