what does this actually mean though? has Ethiopia really decided to cancel its MOU with Somaliland or is it merely putting it on hold so that it can first make sure Ethiopia can stay in Somalia as part of the new AUSSOM mission and possibly prevent Egypt from joining this mission!!

there's a chance Somalia decides to throw Egypt and Eritrea under the bus by reconciling with Ethiopia but then why did these two authoritarian countries decide to even team up with a failed state that undeniably proved to totally be by far the weakest link in their axis against Ethiopia
