I am tired of people whom I don't know well or am not expecting gifts from who end up giving me something when I haven't got anything for them.

My desk draw is getting full of gifts that I have no use for:

1. Black Label Whisky
2. Red Merlot wine
3. Dominican Cigars
4. Christmas Tree ornaments
5. Abslout Citron Vodka
6. Christmas Tie (nasty thing too)

I am coming close to regifting a lot of this stuff.

Any advice to deal with Gift Jackers who surprise you with gifts >

I'M A MUSLIM. I DON'T PARTICIPATE IN POTLUCKS, SECRET SANTA OR B-DAY PARTIES.

I WILL TAKE THE CHRISTMAS BONUS HOWEVER...

you should give out the alcohol you received to the other staff therefore you don't spend any money and everyone would think you have brought them the alcohol.

do they know that you don't celebrate X-mas? have you ever misled them? why are they sending you gifts? especially alcahol. do they know that you're a muslim? that you're a foriegn? somalida you know some of them are too shy or don't have the confidence to admit in front of people that they're foriegn... you didn't do that, did you? my employer knows about my culture/religion...i even get 3 to 6 days off on eid just like they get 3 to 6 days when x-mas comes around. speak up man, stand up for yourself, tell them to stop sending you alcahol and gifts.
