Sool is a region, that belongs to the Dhulbahante clan, from the larger Harti clan. It would be really hillarious , if Somaliland (Iidoor) says that Sool is theirs. Majeerteen, might say that Sool comes under the Puntland administration, but they will never say that Sool, Cayn, and Sanaag belong to the Majeerteen clan from the larger Harti clan.
