Todd Gross spotted Jeilani walking down the middle of the street with a machete in one hand and a crowbar in the other. Known to his close friends and relatives as a gentle, peaceful man, one may wonder why Jeilani was acting unusually. Some point to his mental affliction acquired after a car accident.
