bUT WHY ARE THEY THE MOST THERE IS IT BECAUSE THEY HAD THE MONEY TO MOVE THERE OR THE UNITED NATIONS MOVED THEM THERE AS THEY WERE NOT THE ONLY REFUGEES BECAUSE EVERYONE WAS REFUGEE I THING BECAUSE THEY HAD MONEY FROM THE OLD DOWLAD GOVERNMENT AS THEY HAD MOST OF THE BUSINESS THATS WHERE THEY GOT THE MONEY FOR THE TICKETS.
ALSO I THINK THEY LOST THE MOST IN THE SECOND [PART OF THE CIVIL WAR, EVEN THOUGH A LOT OF THE FAQASH ARMY STOLE OUR GOLD, CHAIRS, CLOTHES, EVERYTHING WE OWNED WE LEFT OUR HOUSES WITH JUST OUR CLOTHES ON OUR BACKS, AND WE CAME BACK WITH EVEN THE DOORS STOLEN. EVEN CAMELS THEY STOLE.

All I know is I have loads of relatives in Canada, Switzerland, Sweden, Holland, USA and UK.
Majority are in the US and Canada.

I don' t know about the US. But London is becoming a hawiye town!. They are good business people. Leicester is mostly marehaan....manchester is mostly ogaden.....Sheffield is mostly isaaq......cardiff is mostly isaaq....Liverpool mostly MJ's and isaaq's....Northhampton =warsangeli....B'ham is a huge melting pot of all kinds of mali people!

LaDy-Qac, that is so true. London is so Hawiye to the extent that each Hawiye sub-clan has a specific area.
qudhac, you make me laugh. There are very few Isaq people in UK especially in London and that includes the Sijui Isaaq from Kenya.
