So you want us to divide SOmalia? Ok, tell me how?

I'm new to this boat(somalinet) but I was on mayflower boat so I'm not new to the ocean.
I been reading topics for like a week now and I find some are just waste of time and some are interesting and some are plain dumb and some are plain hateful to the point that the majority are trying to re-write history but really, do they think the average Somali reading & believing this garbage? Anyhow, I have read lots of discussions between the different Qabiils and some appear to be depressed cuz they seem to be online 24/7 and just yip yappin about Qabiil and defending, some Qabiils are not present perhaps cuz they have better things to discuss than Qabiil nontheless, the discussions continues and more hate and more disagreements come out.
Now, I just wanted to suggest since I see many Somalis who are not happy with the status-quo of the country but instead of resolving they always respond with hate, why dont we resolve this issue?
What is the north want?
Independence or Unity?
Now if the issue is Independence, the question comes in my mind is from who? Who is holding the north hostage?
Second, who else is onboard? meaning, we are Somalis, we know the situation in the North, what other communities are in support? So far the three main communities but only One is in favor so how would secession work for that situation?
I want you guys to respond cuz the more you we ignore it the more this issue holds back the North because people who are living in Northern states of SOmalia don't deserve this. The politicians don't care for anything, they are getting paid regardless. If the issue drags for another 15 years they could careless. There is nothing wrong for one to say, hey I dont want to be part of Somalia but tell me how and what piece of the 7 map cake is yours so I can give you your cut.
I'm asking these questions because it is time for this mayhem in Somalia to end, time to start uniting with what ever we agree on, time for the south to come their senses and time for the north to make up their mind.
Warning: if you lower yourself(call me names) expect the same in return and those of you might find it hateful if I respond to a nut-head know that am on the defense side of the issue with forceful offense.
