Why are somali teenagers and adults violent?

Is it from beats they got from their parents when they were younger or the the culture of the civil war which was tribilism fucked up their head and they went crazy or from beats from the macalin mulcamad aka madrasa.

Or the rappers or our culture which says an eye for an eye also if some one attacks you attack them back 10 times worse. We as violent as americans and middle easterners.
