Why are men scared of powerful women?

why is it that men are fearful of an independent strong minded women who has a better job and earns alot?

I actually like those kinda women. But I dont like it when they take this Indepedency thing to the next level.

The only person who is intimidated is someone who is less intellegent than the woman, or less successful.

Besides that may have been true decades ago, but i think times are changing!

How did you measure intelligence and success? By her pay cheque or degrees? She could be the greatest mother and wife, skills that you will never gain in an institution.

It is a myth.

I believe she mean't successful women in the career aspect, obviously being a housewife (mother/wife) is only learnt once you have them.

However nowadays women are seemingly juggling both motherhood and having a career, which is great, but there are some men who do not like their wives to have careers and rather they stay at home and do their 'womenly duties' even though they might earn more money than them.

I might be generalising but it does happen!

it depends what kind of man you are dealing with.
It' s usually the uneducated and ignorant men who can' t handle a women who has a higher status then them. That' s why they try to hold them down. Those kind of men like to be in control because of personal issues like low self esteem.

I don't know if it happens, because I'm not a girl and neither have I ever met an "educated" Somali girl married to a "less educated" guy. What I know for sure is that if I ever had children, the mum would stay home, and look after the kids (2 or 3) till they are in their early teens. That should be very clear before the marriage. Kids are the most important gift in every family, and a mum at home brings stability in the development of kids. That is me.

becuz women already weild too much power with their Pu$$y, they simple should not be allowed to gain any additional powers, i.e. like the power of the thinking mind Very Happy

its also said that if you but the women on the family driving seat, they will pull over for a pit stops many a times and finally crash the damn car.

With their emotional nature due to their cyclic hormonal rollercoaster, woman do not have the patience and self control required for the consistent use of power.

Thats bollocks, mate. Men are genetically programmed to be the "head" of the household. And any deviation to that is cause for distress. Simple as that.

Actually, it all depends on the nature of the relationship. if a man or woman decides to use the fact that one is wealthier or more educated as a factor to have an upper hand on the other, it creates problems.

After all, you should treat your husband or wife as an equal and not like someone at the office.

PS. I am very attracted to women who are powerful in the sense of having an estabilished career, well connected etc.
