Which is better if someone has wronged you in the past ? Should you settle scores or forgive them ?

I would like to say forgive but my past says I pay ppl back.....I don't like to owe ppl
If some one shoots at u, would u not shoot back?...if u don't then u one werid freak.....a scared man is a dead man...best believe i'm fighting back

True... I got some payback to dish out on a gang of f*ckers that messed with me when I was a young lad. Those f*ckers are now weak and I am stronger & have allies in high & very low places.
My uncle once told me to plan your payback carefully. Do it at a time when it is in your advantage.

Smart and wise people forgive and move on. Settling scores is a primitive thing that is usually done by youngsters, gangsters and their likes.

forgive if you follow ure religion but it depends on the situation though for example somebdoy shot ure father dead what should you do forgive ore kill that muttafucka so it really depends on the situation but if you look at ure religion that forgive is the best way to find ure solution and ure answers

When I was young revenge was my best friend. I used to knock teeth, burn cars, sabotage and much more.
But nowadays I thank even those who wrong me- and life has never been this better. I have a peace of mind that I never had.

it always depends on the situation. if it is life and death situation, shit you better fight back, but if is something simple and a bit complicating, then forgiving is the best way to go.
but as somalis we have to much pride, to even let go of simple things.

Well, You got two options: You are permitted to payback and treat the way you are treated without crossing the limit. But if you forgive and treat them nicely, would be better. It is hard for most us to do that except those who are patient and have a high moral character. I have never revenged against anyone in my life. I really don’t know why, but I feel like I am just a poor guy…
