Somaliland Talks in Sana'a over Fishing Rights
SANA'A - The Prime Minister of the independent breakaway republic of Somaliland Adiat Mosa is to visit Yemen, Saba news reported. Mosa is expected to meet Yemeni officials to discuss the situation in the Somali region along with steps towards reconciliation amongst warring Somali factions. However, the most important issue for Yemen will be negotiations concerning fishing rights, following the seizure of several Yemeni fishing men and their boats, who Somaliland claim were in their territorial waters.
