A review of the Movie--The Inside Man!

Yes, it scuked!
Well judging by a fact that it was directed by Spike Lee-- it was no shocker it will be a stinker. But i had an open, liberal mind & went to watch it.Yep it was terrible.I mean the acting was great, no doubt. Denzel was superb in acting the role of a dumb cop.It was freaking fabulous how he portrays a typical cop.(White or Black--they are all intellectually dumb)
Jodie Foster was remarkable, she looked slick in her brown full suit. Her acting was marvellous as always.
Clive Owen--my former man-- disappointed me.First-- he looked extremely thin-- i was thinking in my head--he is either an alcoholic (he had that alcoholic look) or aids victim. My goodnes-- & his cheeks have drooped down-- i guess he is getting old. He shocked me with the way he looked.I guess i am not that huge of a fan anymore.
Anyway--back to the movie. The plot first of all was too ridiculous, too confusing.IT is suppose to be a bank heist but turns out to be a moralistic, idealistic nothingness with a touch of a smart, gentle bank robber story who has a conscious.Denzel plays this dumb cop who is in charge of negotiations with the robbers, who has no clue at all what the robber came to rob, thinking of course it was bank money. They came to rob a nazi file in a safe box, a load of diamond owned by a Yuhud family that the head of the bank once betrayed by rattle telling on them, the head banker whose name i forget but is a very distinguished old actor hires Jodie; a no nonsense woman who fixes problem to negotiate with the robber. He offers them millions & the diamonds for the exchange of the file. Jodie ends up not doing the job & Clive Owen the robber--ends up stealing the diamond & the files--while benevolently gives the dumb cop a single diamond for his bride--who Denzel's character at once exchanged dialogues about why he didn't marry his girlfirend if he loved her.Owen tells him 'if you love her, thats all that matters.Money doesn't matter.' In which Denzels character comically replies-'Thank you Bank robber, i appreciate that advice'! I am afraid that was the only amusing moment in the movie.Later Owen leaves places on his jacket pocket a single diamond peace as he purposely pumped on him while exiting the bank a week later after robbing & having hidden underneath the walls all that time.
Of course the movie ends hanging no where, going no where & leaving you with a feeling of ---nothing.
Well at least -- good one thing came out of this movie. The head banker went unpurnished really other than the lingering knowledge that the robbers have a file on him & would black mail him any time their little gentle smart heart desired. A sweet ending i must say--given that Yuhuds always makes the bad guy pay for doing them wrong.
I am mad because Jodie did not really, fully given enough time in the screen. Its terrible.
I am mad that there were so many BLACK people in the movie than it was necessary.I am mad that Spike lee messed up a good movie & made it all black.None of the slick modern epitah that epitaph that i was looking forward to.ITs crap & i say---Dont watch it!!!!
