ADMIN, WHAT'S GOING ON?!!!

It seems as if the popular 10 pages long thread entitled: "da Afghani who converted to Christianity" has been deleted by one of the mods. This is an absolute farce! It's an outrage! For what reason except for silencing criticisms of Islam was that perfectly decent thread deleted I ask?

Hey admin, what on earth was wrong with that particular thread that warranted its deletion?

This is a flagrant attack on the right to free thought and speech. ItÃ¢Â€Â™s a gross violation of the right to individuals to debate freely in a mannerly way which respects other forumers. One can't just delete a post because one doesn't agree with the views expressed within it, so long as the expression of those views is not of an insulting or distasteful nature.

I see absolutely no warrant for anyone to have deleted that thread, and I for one demand that the admin intervene for the sake of preserving free speech and stop these Islamist hooligans and bullies who are put in charge as mods from acting in this authoritarian fashion

Whatever happened to the method of debate and the spirit of honest enquiry? Why do Muslims feel it necessary to delete threads just because they happen to disagree? Why can't they let Islam speak for itself? Doesn't the Qur'an say "truth stands out clear from falsehood"?

Furthermore, there are many things which I disagree with that is posted everyday, yet you don't hear from myself or any others complaining and raising the roof. Why must this barbarous religion be treated as if it's above and beyond criticisms? The fact that Muslim Fascists are behaving in this authoritarian manner should be sufficient condemnation of Islam, and it highlights that Islam is indeed intolerant of free speech and thought.

Again Admin, if you're really worthy of any administerial respect, then you ought to put an immediate halt to the business of deleting posts on the grounds that one disagress with the views expressed in them!

Well, I saw that thread this morning, but did not even bother opening it. What they were talking about??? However, as Mike said, there was another Moderator online at that time, so if that moderator has deleted it, he did a good job; because-----I think there was something wrong with it.

PS: everybody is entitled to have his/her own ideas/believes/views and no one will be deprived his rights as long as he/she respects others and behaves well. There is No Humiliation, No Personal, Nothing, just let us discuss things as an adult and without using vulgar words and qabiil based rumors.

The mod that deleted the thread in question ought to come forward and state the reasons for which they've deleted a very popular thread. The fact that none of the mods have openlly declared their reasons for the deletion is I think very telling; and it exposes that what they're really after is censorship.
Let them either come out of the shadows which they hide behind and inform SNetters why they've done it, or issue a public apology for their virtual crime.

Stop this Fascist authoritarian style censorship of debate and free expression at once!

Admin, SNetters and I expect for you to do something about this.
