Some Muslims are imitating them in this, thinking that it is permissible to tell lies on this dayÃ¢Â€Â¦ what is your opinion on this belief and on this custom?

Lying is not permissible at all, at any time. And it is not permissible to imitate the kuffaar and to be like them, on this day or on any other, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Ã¢Â€ÂœWhoever imitates a people is one of them.Ã¢Â€Â

Like Moses was raised up among the Pharoes, we muslims too shall be raised up in the land of the damned, and we too shall conquer and destroy them.

How simple is that.

We are here for a reason,
let us collect all the knowledge, technology and money which is useful for building a strong Islamic World.

After all it was Muslims who were the forerunners of all the Knowledge, inventions, and techonology in the world.
What happened is we muslims felt in love with the world, and Allah made a trial out of us, by taking away all the materials we favoured.

So let us take back our knowledge, and be grateful to Allah, our creator!

God told us not to imitate the Unbelievers, because if we do, we become them. Besides we dont see them celebrating Eid-Aldha.
