I'm freaking out so badly i started the Gum diet...this is crazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzy! Why don't write this shit on the medicine label? It just says "May cause weight gain"...it should say "You will be a whale within a month" FU.CK...

Do we have any fitness experts here?(basra u may not asnwer this)

Its normal you shouldn't worry , most middle aged gay men like you tend to gain weight in all the wrong placese for a man. A flobby jiggly wiggly booty for middle aged gays are a common problem.

Biko...I'm not really worried about these measly 10 pounds..I'm 6'1" and can carry extra 50lbs and still look HOT! But i'm afraid what this medicine will do to me..

It's funny you chose the two foods that i HATE the most...Xalwo and caano..I haven't had Xalwo since i was 6 years old..I HATE IT..It's a heart attack on a plate and no sane person that loves their body would eat such trash.,.,And since i'm lactose intolerant, i don't go near milk unless i add it in my cereal..and i use extremely small amounts..
