Can a husband rape his own wife?

Post by Lord Diplock »

I am reading an English criminal law case about a somali guy (Dica, probably a kenyan claiming to be a somali Laughing Laughing ) who recklessly infected HIV two females (one somali Shocked ), in consenting adult .....

They [judges] mention and say, it is now illegal and probably RAPE for a husband to have sexual intercourse if his wife says 'no' and this include, if she says 'no' after agreeing in the first place, he has to withdraw quickly to avoid being charged Confused Laughing .

I take it in our culture, a husband being charged with rape would be laughed off. or do u think, we have moved on and faaraxs need to procure the consent of wifey every time, otherwise Smile

A husband can rape his wife.
She can say "I’m not ready for it now".
He must accept her will.

Damned is thy prominent name sake,

Thy vile qabil is so fake,

That my heart break,

The death of such a name, your Lordship,

Wrecked worst than a Titanic ship,

What a clumsy pretentious sheep,

What sorrow befallen in my sleep,

That exists an ugly Suju Ogre with a gentleman's name sake?

The universe in disgust doth shake,

Worst of all this pseudo Lordship is so Freaking Stupid,

Asks questions that revolt the smart brains & destroys any love cupid,

Your Lordship-- How can thau grow so rapid Stupid?

Funny thing. There was an article about this in the Guardian awhile ago and it said that there was a law in the UK that said that it wasn' t considered rape if a husband physically forced his wife to have sex with him Shocked

No, a man cannot rape his wife, I cant see the picture, if a women refuses to share the gift, and the mans acts without her permision, I am afraid there's no crime innit.

Note to women: a husband cannot beheld reliable for his action when he gets an erection, WE are not in our right stage of mind.......... Surprised

Spousal rape is also called marital rape, wife rape, partner rape or intimate partner sexual assault (IPSA). Because there is a widely held view that a woman surrenders consent upon entering a relationship, the law has been slow to criminalize this form of rape/sexual assault. It is now a crime in most parts of the West, but exemptions still apply in some places; for example in some places a partner rape cannot be prosecuted if the couple were living together at the time of the assault.

I am impressed at how you articulate this issue. You seem rather 'dead' & 'empty' in other posts. Are you a rapes victim social worker? Laughing

the law of this land for a long tolerate husbands 'raping' their wives, now, due to feminism and all that tripe, it is a criminal offence (rape) and one could go down in theory for life.

absolute joke in my humble opinion.

Remember we’re Muslims. Man has to respect his wife even if she isn’t willing to put out the goodies for the night however, I don’t think husband/wife sexual dispute is considered rape. Waxaasi waa shuqul gaalo…

Is that even possible? It's legitimate for a married couple to have a sexual intercourse without signifying any rape charges. However if the wife is unwillingly to have no participation in that particular moment, than she could file for divorce, But that wouldn't be considered a rape.

-lol- Basra Laughing

Dhega Bacayl – What respect in Islam?
Read this Hadith.
281. Abu Hurayra said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'When a man calls his wife to bed and she does not come and he spends the night angry with her, the angels curse her until morning.'"
or "When a woman spends the night spurning her husband's bed, the angels curse her until morning." [Agreed upon]

^^where does it say he has to rape her?

Don't just post hadeeths if u don't know the meaning, its history and reason...

That's when she says no for absolutely no reason...But if she is not feeling well or not in the mood, the husband needs to respect her wishes..It's common sense, fu.cking dayuus.
