WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO OWN A HOME IN SOMALILAND

Post by LionHeart-112 »

when you obviously don't plan to live in it ? Seriously, i'm fuccing tired of these Somali-Brits welfare collectors who are driving up the cost of real estate in Somaliland by buying bunch of houses they are not gonna live in...

If u are gonna buy a home, live in it damn it..Otherwise, don't drive up the demand for housing so locals can't afford to buy a house..shiiiiiiiiiiit..

anyway, what does the average house in Hargeisa cost now? and what did it cost 5 years ago?

Lion,

lbig villas... Isugu faan... like the case of the googarad " Amba La II Keen". Laughing This was a joke about when the Somalis first started going to the Arab countries like Saudi Arabia, there was this kind of Googard ama gorgoro... that men send their wives and everyone was showing off to the other one... Amba La II keen..

My best friend told me that in Hargeysa some relatives live in these big villas. When you ask them, where they live, they say" Looga Hadhkii"

There is nothing wrong to invest in your hometown as long as you are not starving your kids which is the case in most families... Some moms starve their children to have Jewlery to show off or even they don't dress properly their children from the severe weather... Sad

I will own a home in Somaliland if it gets recognized which is.......nobody knows. Laughing

In the mean time I will buy a home if God wills in Somalia. Burco and Maydh would be a nice place to live. It is good to own a home in Somalia because when your done living in the west, you can just a start a new life in your mother country. There is nothing like living in your own land,
