tell me why after every word "yea" is added?
Not just Somali-British but British-British too. Is it like the "like" that American teenagers add after every word or it has more signifance

Lol this is funny yeah, My cousin from america asked the same thing ,
I was trying to convince her that we don't say yeah after every sentance while I said yeah at least 3 times.

It is like used a lot yea, especially by teenagers yea. But not as much as “like†yea. It’s like they ain’t gotta like a fuck!n clue yea but don't judge init.

the English lack confidence. So in order to make sure you understand what they are selling you without revealing their insecurities, they add "yeah" at the end of every sentence and question.

"Yea" is alright though. We also use "u get me" alot
. I think we have got some ill slang over here in the UK. Just go to the UK forum to educate yourself about it

Lugooyo, I don’t know about “yea†word but there is another word I have noticed it.. I mean everything they say, they have to put “IN IT†it really annoys me a lot.

Every English media be it BBC or any other use the Amereican English as their formal standard.

Is my believe that "Yeah" is added to insuniate the flow and the structure of the conversation but these does not entail it aquire any conceivable significance but rather it provides an artificial motto most equate with younger generation..

But then again he is confused.
Firstly i do say ‘’yea’’ in every sentence and ‘’init’’

you must be kidding.
What you here on the BBC is called recieved pronounciation,
very English, not a hint of americanism.
but i do admit that americanism has been creeping in, these days.
I think im the a good example of someone with a confused accent.
British primary school and high school, with british teachers,
most of my friends while growing up had american accents, and if you
add the 7 years in Australia, you will understand.
