There was a guy who represented Xisbigii Kacaankaa. Some of them where basicaly uneducated.
One day there was a meeting where he was present (They were required to be present in every gathering). The meeting was the progress report of some students who were doing very poor academicaly. Two of the professors, Afxakame and Xareed were strict and did not wanted to promote these students to the next class. They wanted the students to repeat that semester.
The guy from the Xisbiga Kacaanka did not liked the Idea of failing these students, therefore wasting the government's funds... then he says;
Afxakame iyo Xareedow xaad la xamxam leediin?
Xayse A iyo E is dheeryiin?
Qulo walaaho Axadan ku dhaartee,
Badarka dowladda dib loo qasaarin maa
