Though Rebel is the best person to ask, let me sum it up for you with my limited understanding of Arabic and due to my skim reading of that article.

An African woman who believes in magic wanted to fly naked and refused to put clothes on. Laughing

They didn't leave a link and said only according to Saudi media sources, but there isn't a link to the story from the Saudi media sources when I googled.

Don't rely on what I said, let others explain in detail because I didn't read more than a couple of lines.
