SMALL IRRATIONAL FEARS/PHOBIAS ARE TAKING OVER MY LIFE

Walahi this is not a joke. Or an attempt to get your pathetic attention, i'm not basra aftre all..

Anyway, it seems that i'm becoming consumed by episodes of extremely irrational and inexplicable fears. For example, yesterday i was at working walking away from my desk to the cafetaria to see what kind of overpriced salads they were selling this week. As i got to the stairs, i became so overwhelmed by fear of not being able to descend down the 2 flights of stairs. My legs jsut became stiff, daring me to take the next move. 5 minutes earlier as i was going over some paper work, i began to think about what would happen if i "forgot" how to walk....Many times while driving to work, i became gripped with fear of not being able to drive the car. Several times i have experienced episodes of panic attacks because i was afraid i'd forget how to breath..

Do you have fear of forgetting to do simple things like walking, eating, breathing and driving? walahi this is a problem for me..

Those are all minor problems as long as you don't forget how to fukk. That would be the nightmare of the century, just beware of that one, others can be fixed

SL...LOL...No amount of anxiety can you make "foget" how to get downnnnn, if u know what i mean. I personally don't think we are in control of your sexuality..lol..

Advocator..I also have this feeling that i'm being watched and followed. I dread turning the car engine over out of fear of being blown up by a bomb. Laughing

well what do you know, we share the same phobies, I am even scared to turn on the light sometimes, bescuase somebody might filled the light bulb with gasoline, and when I swich it on......boooooooom, the whole house gone Sad

Many of my darood friends are also scared of dark people because they remind them of Hutus ransacking their homes, stealing their properties and killing their families. Do u also have this phobia? Laughing

i used to diphteriaphobia and arachnophobia

absolutley terrified of cockroaches and spiders

i was really ashamed, so i psyched myslef into facing my fears head on.

i let my brothers gather cockroaches, the bigger the better and spiders
and i started to catch them and sqaush them with my bare hands.

crunch crunch crunch.

nearly had a heart attack but i was cured

My mom has fear of cockroaches..She can kill rats,bug, and spiders but she can't go near a cockroach...it's crazy.
