I have this seamstress, a wonderful Iraqi woman. She can make the most beautiful dresses you have ever seen. All her famly is back home in Iraq, and so she worries alot about them. She comes from a relatively poor family so naturally they expect some income from her. The son of Biitch she is married to, does not allow her stand outside her doorway, she cannot go grab groceries when she needs it, and the He does not give her dime of the money he makes. She literally hides the money she makes from her sewing to send to her mother...and if he knew this, he would not let her sew agian. Sometimes, i lend two or thundred dollars---her situation deeply depresses me. NOw the million dollar question, Why are Arab men SO insecure about their Woman?

I mean you will never find a Somali man putting his wife on lockdown in her own house---hell, Somali men are so lazy, they would rather let her get a licence and do her own shit!! Somali men just don't have a insecurity about woman, if they are horny they marry a couple of them and if they are decent they stick to their one woman---there is just no sexual insecurity among Somali men.

BUT Arab men are the most insecure about their relationships with wives, girl fiends etc...They are the most sexually insecure males on earth. Are they insufficient down there?are they afraid their wives will find a wholesome man the moment she goes to buy milk?This has nothing to do with REligion, they have always been culturally sick and sadistic people when it comes to the treatment of their woman!!

Anyhow, One Arab family and especially One Iraqi man cannot and should not rappresent a whole nation of 200 million ppl, and what you see does NOt nec. mean insecurity about them or their sexual suffienceny or insufficiency....it could simply be a culture of over protection and/or one that encourages men to be the only provider of the house...be it money or ideas. It has nothing to do with religion as you said since Arabs of all faiths have their women under lock and key, so what is it? Mmmmm maybe it's the women and not the men. I was eavesdropping one day my uncle and his friends talking about where and with whom they mess around. One of them was talking about an Arab women (married) who was their neighbor, would tell him to come around the kitchen at certain hour when she is baking the muufo, since the Tinaar is low and she has to bend over to stick the dough in the corners, she will unveil her bottom, and this dude will stick his d!ck between the sticks (wall) and do her from there, so her bending over and the movements would enhance the stimulation until he finishes. Consider this, all this time, her hubby is sitting in front of the kitchen in his small ganbar and talking to her.

It is a well known fact taht Galol is not the greatest admirer of Arab culture but are we generalising a little here both of us? I knew Arab men who will go out of their way to envcourage their mothers and sisters and daughters to do the best they can in life. Unblievable as it may sound I even knew Arab men who will encourage their daughters to have boyfriends and engage in healthy human relationships without bothering with marriage and all these societal rituals.

It' s purely traditional. Arab men are extreemly jealous individuals. I used to live in Dubai and believe me these men have every right to be jealous and suspecious of their wives because alot of married women over there have affaires with other men( mostly the husband' s brother or cousin) since most arabs families live under one roof. I'm not saying that all arab women are like this but it' s definately something I have witnessed and a shameful fact that is kept off the radar.

I normally don't generalize like that but I just happen to come from her house a couple of hours ago, I am just filled with rage as we speak. Not to mention my dumb aunt is married to one much worst than this man. My aunt lives in Saudi arabia, and gets treatd like dog by her arab husband. She was unable to see her 21 year son as he lay dying for 3 days. When he was dead, they told her he died a day and half ago. He and another were killed trying to out run a truck driven by their drunk friend on the beach in Saudi arabia.

I agree with Sir Luggooyo. Arab women are the horniest creatures ever put on this earth. Maybe they don't get enough at or maybe it is in their genetics, who knows. About the controlling part, I think it is only the poor arabs. The rich arabs from dubai and kuwait allow and even encourage their daughters to have boyfriends or just friends with benefits.
