WHY? 'i dare you to come in'

Post by 1nemansquad »

Why?

Why is that (we) as the Somali youth to day not motivated a sufficient amount?

I see this in my identity and in so countless other Somalis my era and I can’t seem to identify with why we are this way

Is this an element of our natural history?

Are our forefathers been this way as well?

We have a propensity to reconcile for less in life more willingly than any other crowd of people trying to attain our full prospective; we have this nonchalant approach in the direction of almost everything specifically constructive things and regrettably we are rapid to act in response to harmful things

People dream and more often than not they dream BIG, as Somalis our dreams are based on diminutive things that are inconsequential or in general our dreams are downbeat (worldly speaking)

We are the lone inhabitants on this globe that are absent from the representation of all nations, on the whole we are not even present so who do we hold responsible for this?

Qabiil?

Poverty?

Being immigrants?

See, plenty of nations have gone through the same struggles we have been facing and still facing today however none of them tumbled down the way we did as a nation

Enormous figure of us aren’t living at home any longer, we live in peaceable countries where we have admission to everything that can make a youthful person victorious in this world merely if we have the courage to dream big and we are NOT taking advantage of what is accessible to us

Here is what bulk of us Somalis see as accomplishment (remember this is those that if truth be told do well)

Collage/University degree and +

Job

Marriage/kids and it ends there

Those who challenged themselves to dream and dreamed big did some stimulating things in their time and changed the world, they were mortal men like us and every one of us can be like them so what’s holding back to live up to our full potential?

Man, I know we Somalis got soul and heart; we should be swollen with pride because of it and use it positively to do good as an alternative for bad, using it wrongly or not even using it at all

I challenge any of you to respond, is there something wrong with our moral fibre?

If not why can’t we dig ourselves out of this chaos?

It’s up to us (men) to lend ourselves a hand and our people, why are we sitting around and waiting for the future?

This is the question that no one forever concerned to pose to themselves or to others

Why isn’t there (ONE) genuine Somali man who wants well for his people and his country; why isn’t there (ONE) Somali man with good purpose, who’s importance is for the people and for the country; why isn’t there (ONE) Somali man who’s determined enough to make a difference or at least attempt to?

I hope to get good replies, and I hope I aggravated you enough to reply

If I made a mistake do point out: cheers

Somalis are Arrogants and Ignorant. Very Emotional people. [Just say Soomaaliyee tooso,Tooso iskutiirsad] and you'll see people crying, but you'll find same people insulting others clans.

-Someone will post after me saying it's all Ethiopia's fault that's why we're in this mess.

Great post.
